Terms and Conditions of any session

1. A 50% deposit of the session fee  will be reqired at time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable should the Client cancel the engagement. If photographer fails to appear at the specified time and location, the deposit shall be refunded in full to the Client. If the client is unwell the session may be reschedule for an alternative date. Please try and give 24 hours notice if possible.

2. After the clients images have been edited by the photographer the client will have one week to view and make their purchase. After this time the gallery will expire and the client agrees to pay £30 if they wish to have it re-opened. Once the client has purchased they can opt to have the gallery remain open for family to view it.

3.Taking your own photographs during the session is forbidden.

4. The photographer retains copyright to the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlmited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. Photographs shall be delivered to the client on CD or any other media deemed suitable by the photographer.

5. In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured or becomes too ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents him or her from photographing the event, the Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the event

6.The photographer may use .the images from your session for marketing purposes such as website,facebook business page, twitter, pinterest, and general advertising. If you have a particular area you do not wish your images to be used please let the photographer know.
