My top tips for Soothing your Newborn!

Its not unusual that during a newborn session I get invited back to new parents homes to help out with the night shift! 

The first year of being a parent new or experienced is always tough.

Sleep deprivation is definitly one of the hardest parts and so knowing how to sooth your baby is key.

As Parents its easy to panic when they're crying, They must be hungry, they must have a wet nappy or my favourite! Why did I get the miserable one! lol

No one like's to hear their baby upset but there will always be a reason and if you've checked and done all the usual things (Fed, winded, changed ) Then the chances are they're just tired.
